Industry Division Program

The implementation mode of the production and doctoral program is that the school takes the initiative to set up a doctoral degree program to enroll students. The doctoral students take courses in the school in the first and second years, and in the third and fourth years, they conduct research and development in the industry or legal person and complete the thesis. The above-mentioned model is referred to as the production-bo one track. Part of the subsidy is adopted for the production and expedition plan. The Ministry of Education provides NT$200,000 per person per year for participating in student scholarships and the cost (including personnel and business expenses) required for the implementation of the new application project. The annual fee is NT$100 per case. Ten thousand yuan is the upper limit. Regarding the matching funds, the matching funds for scholarships and bursaries shall be shared by the school and industry-university cooperative enterprises or legal persons. The total matching funds shall not be less than 50% of the subsidy funds of the Ministry of Education, of which at least 70% shall be provided by the industry and academia. Cooperative enterprise or legal person contributes capital. The cost for the implementation of the plan requires that the total cooperation funds of the industry-university cooperative enterprise or legal person shall not be less than 20% of the subsidy amount of the Ministry of Education. In order to encourage industry teachers to participate in the production and expedition project, the matching funds can be used to support the related expenses of the industry teachers' participation in the project.
