114-1 Semester Graduation Certificate Issuance Assignment

The procedures for graduation certificate issuance are detailed in Appendices 1 and 2.
The status of graduation clearance review can be checked through the following paths:
- I-TOUCH → Office of Academic Affairs → Graduation Qualification Review
- CYCU Homepage → Related Links → Graduates Website → Graduation Qualification Review → Graduation Status Inquiry
Within seven working days after graduates receive their printed Chinese diploma, the Division of Curriculum and Registration will issue a digital degree certificate to the graduate’s registered email address.
Please ensure that your email address is correct. Instructions for issuance and use are provided in Appendices 3 and 4.
From February 14 to February 22, 2026, during the Lunar New Year holiday period, graduation certificate collection services will be suspended.
Graduates who are unable to collect their diploma in person may authorize a representative to do so on their behalf.
The authorization form is provided in Appendix 5.
